Update 14/10/2009: curiosidade sobre o cinema
Na sexta-feira dia 11/09/2009, primeiro fim de semana em Lisboa, acordei bem tarde, 10:30, e arrumei meu quarto. Tirar as coisas das malas, etc. Não tinha aulas pela manhã, então pude fazer tudo com calma.
Fui almoçar na cantina do IST. E depois fui encontrar com outro brasileiro, o Felipe Sá, que chegou na quinta-feira… Ele também faz Engenharia Informática, e descobri já de cara que é um gajo muito giro (hahaha, palavriado português).
A gente deu uma passada na minha residência, eu tinha que cuidar de uns documentos, e ele aproveitou para conhecer o lugar. Acabou que combinamos de ir ao cinema com a Aleksandra e a Natalia.
Os filmes aqui em Portugal são geralmente com som original em inglês e legendas.
Assistimos “Crossing Borders”, um filme que falava sobre imigrantes ilegais nos EUA. Uma das curiosidades sobre o cinema é que no meio do filme, bem na melhor parte, tudo para e tem um intervalo! No Brasil esse tipo de coisa não faz o menor sentido…

Another crazy thing worth noting about the cinema: there’s an interval in the middle of the movie! Something very nonsense to me…

I think I know the reason of the interval. The whole film is divided into two part, and every part is on the reel. In the middle, reel must be changed in a cine projector. In some cinemas there are two cine projectors, so the interval is needless. You probably were in the cinema where there were one cine projector. Hope that my explanation is understandable
